North Creek United Football Club (NCU) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ensuring that youth soccer players have access to opportunities, regardless of their social or economic background. Established in 2023, NCU was founded to provide aspiring players with a pathway to competitive soccer and help them elevate their game.
The club is governed by a board of committed individuals, with community members volunteering their time and supporting operations through membership fees and donations. At NCU, we embrace a player-first philosophy, fostering an environment where young athletes can enjoy the game, grow as soccer players, and develop leadership skills that extend beyond the field.
Our coaching staff is highly knowledgeable, technically driven, and continuously engaged in professional development programs to refine their expertise. They are dedicated to guiding and mentoring players, ensuring they reach their fullest potential both as athletes and individuals.

Our mission is to make soccer available to boys and girls within the North creek region regardless of their financial situation. Our purpose is to make soccer fun, develop players to the best of their ability and to help them to lead their decisions. Our players are at the center of everything we do and we focus on the players experience above everything else.
